LPA Made Simple provide a simple to understand service removing complicated jargon whenever possible. We offer a value for money service as often this process can be seen as expensive. Our time is always spent on providing a personal service to deliver all your expectations, removing all worries and misunderstandings, and dealing with all clients in a personal and caring way.

We offer a service that can provide almost instant turnaround if required.
As the LPA document needs to be registered before it can be used. Unlike many providers, our registration costs are included. It is a free service if carried out at the same time as creating the document. (note: there is a registration fee charged by the Registering body, but we can often get that charge reduced and sometimes removed completely.)
To make things easy for our clients we make home visits at times that are best for you – we do not charge for these visits.
LPA Made Simple Prices
Our clients often tell us that we represent over 50% savings when compared with other providers of this service.
Our fees include all registration work, acting as certificate provider and correspondent on behalf of our clients. Our fees do not include Office of The Public Guardian registration fees but we help many clients save 50% and sometimes 100% of these fees.

Sometimes only one document is required, particularly if you have already completed one part previously.

To ensure this all of our advisors (50+ years) have been double covid vacinated and in addition will take a covid test prior to any appointments on that day.
This means that you are still able to benefit from the protection provided by a Lasting Power of Attorney with full peace of mind. We are a personal not digitally based business and very flexible to your personal circumstances and requirements.
